The Proxiserve group is present in 4 complementary businesses with housing and service sector managers, owners and residents to help its customers ensure better control and distribution of costs, facilitate its management, and improve the assets and quality of life of occupants. Proxiserve's e-commerce platform addresses its customers at the national level and enables traffic to be brought into the branch.

Six e-business sites have been created, including one dedicated to service and advice. Each site is dedicated to an expertise. In Magento 2: Easy-Entretien and Proxiserve. In Magento 1: Easy-Radiateur, Easy-Thermostat, Easy-Chaudière and Easy-Ballon.

The Proxiserve site is dedicated to consulting to provide end-users, professionals or individuals, with as much relevant information as possible on specific issues.
Ergonomic routes have been developed to refine and qualify visitor demand.

Thanks to the online quotation system, the customer is geolocated, and the nearest agency takes care of the request. Once the advisor is on-site, he can validate and collect the customer's order directly on his tablet.
