1 – Putting in place a team and resources capable of delivering infinite value

The ambition is to put in place an organised team capable of delivering the desired result. The delivery of digital assets involves the following stages:

  • Analysis of performance, KPIs, definition of improvement targets
  • Ideation and design of elements to be incorporated in future iterations
  • Technical design, impact study and architecture
  • Development and configuration of the solution
  • Deployment in test and demonstration environments
  • Deployment in production environments
  • Monitoring, performance analysis and measurement of target achievement

 

2 – Disseminating the mind-set: mixed, multidisciplinary teamwork

Communication and organisation are key to speeding up problem-solving and improving team efficiency: this is the digital factory organisation.

Our contribution will always be linked to your autonomy. We can assign a 100% dedicated team or integrate members of your teams and form a mixed team, transferring knowledge and skills to them until they are fully autonomous. Then there’s always the option of calling on expertise as a service to bring in profiles on a one-off basis for a given period (a CTO for a tech audit, a UX specialist for a design sprint, etc.).

3 – Establishing a culture of feedback and continuous improvement

Thanks to our experience we have worked in collaboration with several digital factories over the last 10 years (UGAP, Biogen, Accor, etc.). Drawing on this experience, we have the capacity to enrich our customers’ experience both in a managerial approach (how to organise internal teams, detection of profiles with potential and possible movement, message and attitude to adopt during innovation within teams), and also by reporting malfunctions observed in the field and working with managers on improving interactions between teams.

It also involves sharing practices within the teams: are the scrum rituals in use effective? Can the production process be improved?

4 – Adopt an OKR approach (Objectives and Key Results) to ensure that value is created in line with objectives and within a creative working environment.

This means ensuring that the product is aligned with the company’s ambitions and is translated into objectives that are relevant to the product. Ensuring that there are redundant indicators to measure the achievement of objectives and, finally, ensuring that the team set up has the right amount of flexibility to implement initiatives that support the product vision.

Our customers’ project leaders and sponsors have a privileged relationship with our consulting directors and project managers in order to constantly challenge the relevance of the processes, and support the well-being of the employees and the overall efficiency of the teams.
