Kaliop Group pursues its international development with Kaliop Canada

by Sophie Imbach 16 September 2016

Kaliop Group, specialist in the digital transformation of companies, announces the purchase of Novactive Canada.
Already established in 5 countries, Kaliop wants to develop its activities in North America which is a strategic market for the Group.

The purchase of the Canadian subsidiary of Novactive allows Kaliop to affirm its position as an international integrator and get a foothold in a dynamic market that is very receptive to the use of open source technologies. This allows the Group to rely on a group of recognized experts to reach a portfolio of prestigious clients while strengthening the links with its partner eZ Systems based in New York.

Kaliop Canada, currently with a turnover of 850 000 dollars and twelve employees will receive the technical support from the Group to allow it to attract large scale projects. All operations will continue to be managed independently by Gauthier Garnier and Stéphane Grûnewald co-directors of the Montreal office and now Associates in Kaliop Canada.

Pierre Deniset, President of Kaliop Group
Our new subsidiary will play a strategic role in the development of our business in Canada and the United States. Beyond the actions at local level, Kaliop Canada will also support our European clients who want to start operating in North America. This value proposition demonstrates our commitment to offer our clients a global solution for their international projects.

Gauthier Garnier, Kaliop Canada
We are pleased to become Kaliop Canada and we know the value that their teams bring. Competitors and sometimes partners in the past, we share the same values that have made this acquisition possible. Kaliop can now rely on an established team that accompanies large scale clients in the implementation of portals and value added web sites, architectured around Open Source technologies.
