Why perform an ergonomic audit?

Increase your conversion, and your brand image

An ergonomic audit is essential to understand how your visitors navigate, how they interact with your site and find the escape points of shopping cart abandonment.

Our tools allow you to precisely see paths, click rates, scroll and movement rates, but also to give your users a voice to express themselves on certain features.

How to perform an ergonomic audit?

Since 2014, we have assisted dozens of brands in UX consulting.

Our methodology can be adapted to each type of project:

B2C or B2B, desktop or mobile, in production or development.

We set up different data collection systems:

  • Heatmaps on your main pages
  • Visitor registrations (in compliance with the GDPR)
  • Click cards, motion, scroll
  • User questionnaires on specific pages
  • Funnel analysis (account creation, checkout)
  • Segmentation of discontinued customers

These devices are very macro, and we couple them with more micro analyses such as user interviews or user tests in order to obtain quantitative data.

Un Jour Ailleurs Case Study

#UserResearch #Insights

Our client, Un Jour Ailleurs, consulted us for a UX/UI tender in 2017, which we won thanks to a data-driven methodology.

Indeed, we carried out an ergonomic audit to detect friction points when taking orders for the brand’s products.

By cross-checking heat maps and customer feedback, we realised that selecting the right size was far from obvious. This led to hesitation when ordering, and then to a rather high product return rate.

To overcome this, we recommended the implementation of Fitizzy technology which allows the customer to inform his or her measurements on a product to have the corresponding size at the customer’s place. This allowed an increase in business, with an increase in conversion and a decrease in the product return rate!
