A high-performance headless architecture designed for immersion and operational efficiency
To meet this demand for modernity, we built a technical foundation based on the headless CMS Contentful. This technological choice allows us to combine total creative freedom, essential for premium, immersive front-end animations, with a seamless and intuitive content management environment. Kaliop has thus harnessed technical precision to deliver a premium user experience, ensuring a platform that is both agile and sustainable for Accor’s digital showcase.
This project brought together a wide range of expertise with the goal of completely rethinking the user experience, including user journeys, content, design, technical performance and digital accessibility. Kaliop supported the Accor teams through close project management and a dedicated team of four developers over a ten-month period. This close collaboration ensured strict adherence to the project scope and launch deadlines, while empowering contributors through training and the creation of dedicated technical documentation. The results are tangible: simplified day-to-day management of the platform and a strengthened brand image through visual excellence and measurable technical impact.
